COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynisco PT4624-5M-4.3/8R-M724 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Veeder-root products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Veeder-root such as the T17840G2R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 112505AA44A manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2203003103B by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hengstler Brand RI58O1000EK42KJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Graceland such as 4214213 equipment made by Graceland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Graceland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Graceland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTI55AAN1RGJ43D1A made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 80402A original spares produced by Apc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFSB14E10KS2 by Honeywell and 4214213 spares by Graceland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMP71RBC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
