COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynisco FT446HM-1M-9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ez-Logic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edp such as the 16XXS002357 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4948 manufactured by Electro and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32501 by Manufacturer Ez-Logic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Efector Brand PB4214 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A8602110X021 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EMD1061 made by Electro as well as the popular OA3505 original spares produced by Efector Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4100060GF04B12BP2U1 by Entegris and A8602110X021 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NO221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Esterline-Angus. |
