COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynics WX17PTATX7A142XPL80ZF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantest products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Autonics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantest such as the Q82018A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XBTGT6000 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E60H2010246L5C by Manufacturer Autonics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand fs080080dpn01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asyst such as 9700996001 equipment made by Asyst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asyst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asyst" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMF300M361NRAUEZZZ made by Micromotion as well as the popular X1365038901RevB original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL0UHW by Balluff and 9700996001 spares by Asyst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 440LT4K0480YD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
