COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynics IC12HI3T23NTA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--R product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IWS1123 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MEC2 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPC500056005000C5600C by Manufacturer B--R as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand KS0K3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as MVI56EMCM equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC243257CQB110 made by Micro-Innovation as well as the popular IEIUPCV315 original spares produced by Iei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC642PCM263B by Fanuc and MVI56EMCM spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMI8056MMI8056 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kessler-ellis. |
