COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynics HC16T1W2E1401E1401 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Btg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Btg such as the MBT100L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600SSVE1 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS220PSV0H1A by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand O312PN2PT2CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as ModIC660EBA025B equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NUNCM3508 made by Metasys as well as the popular HDS052W300NHS2301FW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC65A734A1F700 by Nematron-Corp and ModIC660EBA025B spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LA221419002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fireye. |
