COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynics CH12THIO4T1WTF140IN-IR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Agv-Ez--Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP680110060010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM210AC manufactured by Horiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Horiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EZDT4CFS by Manufacturer Agv-Ez--Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand FT1AC12RAB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ez-Automation such as EZPS6MFSPLC equipment made by Ez-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ez-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ez-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F930GOT made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular GP550TC12 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC5AD12S1E by Idec and EZPS6MFSPLC spares by Ez-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP2501TC11318002103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
