COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynics CH12HS4T86NTF1201N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Meiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Meiki such as the 8368289 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SXT1881TA manufactured by Xycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Xycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A03B0807C011 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PRP9DPLC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beijer such as CIMREX30 equipment made by Beijer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beijer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beijer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3600320E made by Orbisphere-Laboratories as well as the popular XI882 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18042A1N008E0 by Uticor and CIMREX30 spares by Beijer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ADP1176T08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aplex. |
