COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynavision M6-17-12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD112CN020N2L130PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPCYT50NNN00NN manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRSA22 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand MXY12100BDf9PSensors in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as MEL836LSI equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OFL760A26 made by Seiko as well as the popular M61712 original spares produced by Dynavision Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG360F20 by Triad and MEL836LSI spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDS60A01105A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
