COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynapar 74SZM-240 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurotherm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the HVX002A14A1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SERIALF3500420A2 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9558N0020CX by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A13B0074B001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Esa-Nsk such as ESAJ1003A2521 equipment made by Esa-Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esa-Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esa-Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B0758B1003000 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B6088H222H500 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7729671UA by Electra-gear and ESAJ1003A2521 spares by Esa-Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVX003A14A1B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
