COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynapar 62540960241 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Edmund-Optics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 38150060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMD1061CNV manufactured by Electro and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M92109451503 by Manufacturer Edmund-Optics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand 14101AF1013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynisco such as PT3031M equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OIFOITFBOWLS100AK made by Efector as well as the popular 3200B5T original spares produced by Dytran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTL361RGN2A144 by Endress--Hauser and PT3031M spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPT432A15M246T47 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco. |
