COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynapar 602455-94A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eg-G products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Efector product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eg-G such as the LC1911HAN011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3030HTB manufactured by Electro and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D111WL60EL by Manufacturer Efector as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress--Hauser Brand FTL203325 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Edwards such as 570ALV1000T3D3H34B equipment made by Edwards have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edwards products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edwards" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EPRM0510ASP made by Eaton as well as the popular M3NRG1600 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OA3505 by Efector and 570ALV1000T3D3H34B spares by Edwards are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EI1202TBOS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-matic. |
