COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynamic Flow Computers Inc E-PLUS-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out E7g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the FX15PUPTPIX17T0XPL8SXXBVG2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACU15061100 manufactured by E7g and we are pleased to be able to service most E7g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EX15PTPIX3AI9A2XPRN1XXBNL by Manufacturer Dynics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand ECN1644AAHR63 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynasonics such as DDFXD2A1NANN equipment made by Dynasonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynasonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynasonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H210500114000 made by Dynapar as well as the popular AN59DN0C440NN original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AN19KN0E5E100 by Eaton and DDFXD2A1NANN spares by Dynasonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HS35R1024817 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
