COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynamatic PDC2000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electra-gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 96016913 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7729671UA manufactured by Electra-gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Electra-gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX025A14A1B1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A02B0094B502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-Craft such as Pro400 equipment made by Electro-Craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Craft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B6100H004 made by Fanuc as well as the popular M1640 original spares produced by Emc2 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 518096831 by Eaton and Pro400 spares by Electro-Craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A16B1100028008AT28403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
