COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynac DAV0022NKL1N1P1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynaserv product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the IPX182FM75M18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS351000G3110 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR1015B02 by Manufacturer Dynaserv as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand AN19SN0A5E300CRK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as AN19KN0A5E100 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 106240010 made by Dynapar as well as the popular AN16KN0A original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A210M0CX by Eaton and AN19KN0A5E100 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT48210M6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco. |
