COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynabox DB-35-B-19.5H-CR-H1-BMF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynamatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynalco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamatic such as the 155331001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SST2400A manufactured by Dynalco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynalco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DGMC23ABGW41 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapach Brand 4202352 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eastern-Air-Devices such as 8309 equipment made by Eastern-Air-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eastern-Air-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eastern-Air-Devices" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECN0551TAAR63 made by Eaton as well as the popular 61AAEF600A000 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AN59GN0A5E045 by Eaton and 8309 spares by Eastern-Air-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 739987 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eastman-Kodak. |
