COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton Worm Gear Actuator M10010701 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the AN56DNOAB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AN16NN0C manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AN59GN0A5E020 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dukane Brand MPC0808 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynac such as D2V030NF1006 equipment made by Dynac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8309 made by Eastern-Air-Devices as well as the popular Continuous original spares produced by Eastern-Air-Devices Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A3001 by Dwyer-Instruments and D2V030NF1006 spares by Dynac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 24375M41330C6B480 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco. |
