COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton M28631-6G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynisco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eastern-Air-Devices.-Kla-Tencor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the PT462E5M12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S860 manufactured by Dynisco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynisco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA23GCKA2A1 by Manufacturer Eastern-Air-Devices.-Kla-Tencor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapar Brand HC62536000101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as 40016098DT361URK equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AP77 made by Dynaquip as well as the popular 80025DC512K original spares produced by Dvt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HDS3540977 by Dynapar and 40016098DT361URK spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSD351024K7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
