COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton LT225-1-250 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynalco-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynisco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 40016098DT361URK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PG78300 manufactured by Dynalco-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynalco-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3391NA48P14BUKKCACZZM995 by Manufacturer Dynisco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynics-Ann-Arbor Brand INX9TTP133STFT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynapar such as 62ACEF2500A000 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B100W1B made by Eaton as well as the popular 63AAEF1800A000 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M219 by Dynalco-Controls and 62ACEF2500A000 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AE56MNOA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
