COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton LS48-S001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eastern-Air-Devices.-Kla-Tencor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapath parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynaquip-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eastern-Air-Devices.-Kla-Tencor such as the LA23GCKA2A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41000701 manufactured by Dynapath and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapath systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AP0503SR6 by Manufacturer Dynaquip-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand AN16GNY11AB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynapar such as H221000104135 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PT420A15M6 made by Dynisco as well as the popular CN55KN3B original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the INX9TTP133STFT by Dynics-Ann-Arbor and H221000104135 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1Z105BBC3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Durco. |
