COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton GMPB6905-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dukane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Duff-norton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 62AADF0300AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4070LN2VL1 manufactured by Dukane and we are pleased to be able to service most Dukane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT2251150 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapar Brand M050002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynax such as MSSP083D1AD equipment made by Dynax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M25003 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular IC7PTSMAR original spares produced by Dynics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H220120052035 by Dynapar and MSSP083D1AD spares by Dynax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AN56GN0AB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
