COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff-norton DM2003-448 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electric-Flexpack parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electromotive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the HVX007A22A1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 150FN4042 manufactured by Electric-Flexpack and we are pleased to be able to service most Electric-Flexpack systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4018P3S2CIMRV7AM47P5 by Manufacturer Electromotive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynamatic Brand 150002563021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as HVX075A24A1N1 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B6050H304 made by Fanuc as well as the popular C3N55KN original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMX34AA1D3F00 by Eaton and HVX075A24A1N1 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
