COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Duff Norton KGWBZ00Z004ZAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Durant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dwyer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Durant such as the 38151060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6725A manufactured by Dwyer and we are pleased to be able to service most Dwyer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR69510000431 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eastern-Air-Devices.-Kla-Tencor Brand LA23GCKA2A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Duff-norton such as LS353B4TN24 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A25CGE50B made by Eaton as well as the popular DMCS022F10PN0 original spares produced by Dynadrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB35B195HCRH1BMF by Dynabox and LS353B4TN24 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AN19SN0E5E300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
