COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Drc Dynamics Research Corp. C152-421-1000-120CLL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-Norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynamatic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the FX15PTUMAR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M980926 manufactured by Duff-Norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-Norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 152355 by Manufacturer Dynamatic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dsi-Dynamatic Brand 1525005001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as 910099204 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DX3F0142STP25IWL made by Dxldp-Series as well as the popular 42500 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8126629 by Duff-norton and 910099204 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Druck. |
