COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Drc 39R-11-B03-600/1524H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Foxboro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gli such as the E63F1N1A3A1ENN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4105GP610B00 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 112505AA44A by Manufacturer Foxboro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynisco Brand PT46245M438RM724 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Epix such as PIXCI equipment made by Epix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Epix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Epix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FR05CM63AC0 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 2243 original spares produced by Dynisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IGP20D21B01CC1K1 by Foxboro and PIXCI spares by Epix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IAP10D20C1C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
