COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dover Instrument PWAC2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dxldp-Series products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dragan-Industrial-Services parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dxldp-Series such as the DX3F0142STP25IWL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETU4MG03 manufactured by Dragan-Industrial-Services and we are pleased to be able to service most Dragan-Industrial-Services systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA6251800110T51 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dvt Brand DVT530MR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dytran such as 4120 equipment made by Dytran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dytran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dytran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 106083 made by Dynatec as well as the popular 7L10B101000 original spares produced by Dynamics-Research Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KM90053B1 by Duff-norton and 4120 spares by Dytran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NM94151 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-Norton. |
