COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dover Flexo Electronics UPBV2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dr-Vab33 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dr-Vab33 such as the VARIOCON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMPB690512 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NX15 by Manufacturer Dynics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Drexelbrook Brand 5063000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynisco such as PT2443M48 equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DAV0185NKL1N1P1 made by Dynac as well as the popular M55549 original spares produced by Duff-Norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT422A20M6 by Dynisco and PT2443M48 spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
