COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge S350B040N000L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vibratek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zero-max product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vibratek such as the VE3362300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBS1708D manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TT2XF by Manufacturer Zero-max as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Zero Brand TT3C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfiglioli such as VF130 equipment made by Bonfiglioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfiglioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfiglioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WDGF3026AG made by Baldor as well as the popular SK7323 original spares produced by Nord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAF67R37DRS71S4 by Sew-eurodrive and VF130 spares by Bonfiglioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U910 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
