COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge P2B-K-300R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the P501SGV0070M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S42000C1 manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA052808 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand SF67D16DT80K4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RS50SS2RP10 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S702S made by Sew as well as the popular SF1000 original spares produced by Shinko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R63DT90L4 by Sew and RS50SS2RP10 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R107AD5PKS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
