COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge MR94876-C-TX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dorris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 1080T3135 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q175B0140M056K1 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115TL25 by Manufacturer Dorris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electra Brand 7726558RL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electroid such as EC22B824V equipment made by Electroid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electroid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electroid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1032020 made by Eagle-Belting as well as the popular B5612D original spares produced by Fafnir Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EL818000600 by Electra and EC22B824V spares by Electroid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2100Y3LZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk. |
