COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge MR947545l1 Y DD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fairbanks-Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Explorer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dorris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairbanks-Morse such as the 16200646 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SAT150 manufactured by Explorer and we are pleased to be able to service most Explorer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3828 by Manufacturer Dorris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand FI3810184TCL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fafnir such as MM309KCR equipment made by Fafnir have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fafnir products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fafnir" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G93MM5879 made by Emerson as well as the popular 70Tx214 original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A712802 by Ever and MM309KCR spares by Fafnir are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 053774A4053774B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dunham-bush. |
