COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge HB483LN140TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elcis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the E672D10N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X73500824BZBCM manufactured by Elcis and we are pleased to be able to service most Elcis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 210DM3A50A3 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electroid Brand 25FSB240101012V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Egan-Wendon such as W40211043W40211044 equipment made by Egan-Wendon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Egan-Wendon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Egan-Wendon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q350B030M140K1 made by Dodge as well as the popular MR94754L1 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TXM500 by Dodge and W40211043W40211044 spares by Egan-Wendon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 308680 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dyna-Corp.. |
