COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge HB1283-250TC- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Richmond products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Factory product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Richmond such as the M097714 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MB21047305 manufactured by Force and we are pleased to be able to service most Force systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KT73DZ120 by Manufacturer Factory as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Textron Brand MH025A685W2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Deft-Ran such as MS150A equipment made by Deft-Ran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deft-Ran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deft-Ran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HS110065 made by Fmc as well as the popular MSHV35X7A original spares produced by Cone Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT150082H200300MSRH by Heinz and MS150A spares by Deft-Ran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HB483CN56C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quantis. |
