COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge HB10820N25OTC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Duff-norton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Duff-norton such as the MEABB00D009B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS97 manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MBR2215 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand NTR340040RM090203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hansen such as JCF21C80I equipment made by Hansen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hansen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hansen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMQ24HE made by Grove as well as the popular NT42050POOQ original spares produced by Thomson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P2BK300R by Dodge and JCF21C80I spares by Hansen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K514VN30000MT20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
