COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dodge DFT80N4-KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6T17FK8119121100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C56H1793M manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BY110119 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand BY752FLF2UP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bcs such as COMY1Q24 equipment made by Bcs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bcs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bcs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDE40HPICD made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular C6K17FK21L original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C115R1000 by Abb and COMY1Q24 spares by Bcs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CatalogECP84107T4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
