COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dmg Mori 7771A02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Double-A product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 5760820LX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMPB690518 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QF5MC10A2 by Manufacturer Double-A as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynamics-Research Brand 7L10A03500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynamics such as 25S110B162500 equipment made by Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 23023 made by Dodge as well as the popular G1115KRRB original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2931A142500 by Dynamics-Research-Corporation and 25S110B162500 spares by Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 125275 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Domino. |
