COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dkk-toa MBM-100A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edwards products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynamatic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the W65531611 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KG0003 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15895115P008950001 by Manufacturer Dynamatic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Efector Brand PB7024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dytran such as 3200B5T equipment made by Dytran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dytran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dytran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OF5022 made by Efector as well as the popular X25060002438SFT526VBIDI original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS9503200 by Dolan-Jenner and 3200B5T spares by Dytran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS95036000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dolan-Jenner. |
