COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Digivac m801w, 2C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gec-Alsthom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-fanuc such as the IC697MDL940 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XTCS400M manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4MVAJ144001 by Manufacturer Gec-Alsthom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 339EP5G5HESNNSNDN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ite such as GFL825T2 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FDD1111120 made by Electromatic as well as the popular MCAG14C1DD0003B original spares produced by Gec-Alsthom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12HAA16B2F by General-Electric and GFL825T2 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12BDD15B13A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
