COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Digital OLC-DPR-85-D-ST parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the TCCX1720LW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCE984251 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REH3020 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micrologic Brand SKU014063 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider-Electric such as PMC211080000003000000 equipment made by Schneider-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PSKF521CMP63LKYVRAS1HSM1 made by Sew-Eurodrive as well as the popular PCG32000F original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGDV1R9D11A02000 by Yaskawa and PMC211080000003000000 spares by Schneider-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R14C05000320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ircon. |
