COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Digital GP530-TC11 GP430-XY31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the JANCDGFG01DE6427176 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HRE100S100A05 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT1662VTBA by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ann-Arbor Brand INX7P133TFT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as GWE570043900300 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MLFB6RX1240OALOO made by Siemens as well as the popular IC503184310300 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HISUM15STAF by Hope and GWE570043900300 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDR23013T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asahi-Keikico. |
