COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Digital 0880014-02 / GP370-SC31-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued M/d-Totco-Instrumentation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Icm-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader M/d-Totco-Instrumentation such as the LM2E6180SENSOR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFL08AHN270R1GR20AFL08AHN270 manufactured by Icm-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Icm-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS10TV00BECV2 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Taylor Brand 1700RZ14004A8695 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weed such as D0812 equipment made by Weed have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weed products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weed" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1P6AV21232GB030AX0 made by Siemens as well as the popular H29B1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES53168MA12 by Siemens and D0812 spares by Weed are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsushita. |
