COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Diamond X-1174-70P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marposs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marposs such as the 3194147601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48210 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110G1003S14 by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kelk Brand 61520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Forney such as 35831701 equipment made by Forney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Forney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Forney" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12P1580X052 made by Cl as well as the popular 130PN4 original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1336SC010AAENHA2L5 by Allen-bradley and 35831701 spares by Forney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4118 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex. |
