COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Di-soric IR 25- PSOK-IBS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dwyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dwyer such as the 3008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ODCMPKGUS manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H220500001142 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Efector Brand TD2817 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Efector such as IG0348 equipment made by Efector have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Efector products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Efector" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8240MPNHSSS133AC11518AIR made by Eldridge-Products-Inc as well as the popular PT422A1M618 original spares produced by Dynisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVS2067 by Eg-G and IG0348 spares by Efector are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS62608GHP1E1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dwyer. |
