COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Deutschmann Automation TN65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dlca parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 62AAEF0001A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1613166 manufactured by Dlca and we are pleased to be able to service most Dlca systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 74SZM24000 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dvt Brand DVT530MR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dsi-Dynamatic such as 1525005001 equipment made by Dsi-Dynamatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dsi-Dynamatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dsi-Dynamatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT2251250 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular M25553 original spares produced by Duff-norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1ZS1134 by Dmg-Mori and 1525005001 spares by Dsi-Dynamatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H220120052035 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
