COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Deutronic DBL120014B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dvt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dfi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapach such as the 4202879 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IDIAD manufactured by Dvt and we are pleased to be able to service most Dvt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AAAQ8656 by Manufacturer Dfi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Duff-norton Brand M26243 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dmg-Mori such as 77190A02 equipment made by Dmg-Mori have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dmg-Mori products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dmg-Mori" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 155918 made by Dynamatic as well as the popular M10404398 original spares produced by Duff-norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM9004321X by Duff-norton and 77190A02 spares by Dmg-Mori are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS6267GHP1E1S1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dwyer-Instruments. |
