COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Det-tronics PIRECLA4A1W1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dvt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Duff-Norton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the P2BK111R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80025DC512K manufactured by Dvt and we are pleased to be able to service most Dvt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature um350273 by Manufacturer Duff-Norton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapar Brand 61AAEF600A000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Drager such as 6870585 equipment made by Drager have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drager products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drager" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT225150 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular MX213501024G original spares produced by Duncan-Electronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M25003 by Duff-norton and 6870585 spares by Drager are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 62PMEF1000TA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
