COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Det-tronics 006265-012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Driesen+kem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dolan-Jenner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Driesen+kem such as the DKRF400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M250012 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LPCS3 by Manufacturer Dolan-Jenner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Duff-norton Brand D0014S17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dover-Flexo-Electronics such as UPBV2 equipment made by Dover-Flexo-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dover-Flexo-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dover-Flexo-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KVFX440E made by Drivecon as well as the popular D250L26 original spares produced by Duff-norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CD9300B by Dorma and UPBV2 spares by Dover-Flexo-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dixon. |
