COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Denso Robotics EPR-9108B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynamic-Sealing-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dvs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamic-Sealing-Technologies such as the LT21121R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT1001200 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DV722 by Manufacturer Dvs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Duff-norton Brand LT100150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Durant such as 621844 equipment made by Durant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durant" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FPVM10SO made by Digital as well as the popular 155390008 original spares produced by Dynamatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC2000 by Dqe,-Inc. and 621844 spares by Durant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C2544B061024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynamic. |
