COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Demag KBA100A4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bautz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bautz such as the HY2002226470A85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HFKP13VRSF20B100 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H1T434B by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HCKFS23BG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as IKFCKL8 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HCSFS52K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular H1230012764100R01 original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K16970606524 by Watt-Drive and IKFCKL8 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HGKR23BK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
