COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Demag FG10-B3-U0-H3-F3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the K403WG1340MR160140B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K97R63D16DT71C4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K102WGD0560MT10 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand HFDD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Link-belt such as HS70067 equipment made by Link-belt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-belt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-belt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K513VN0780MR160140F made by Stober as well as the popular GL500J12F5A1GXM2 original spares produced by Norgren Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRBMQ8185L56 by Grove and HS70067 spares by Link-belt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LF9215B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
