COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Demag Cranes & Components KBA125 B 6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Century product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the KBA100A4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS451002OCMAB1MVEB manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H757 by Manufacturer Century as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand H4030PH00AAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as GT0509 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HFJP1034K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular JUTFB original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HP30 by Baldor and GT0509 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JMWDM3713T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
